We want to be very clear in stating that we do not collect, read or do anything with your private information. The only thing we track is how many times the History Twin app is opened and other usage data. This is all done anonymously to ensure users’ privacy.
BY USE OF THE HISTORY TWIN SERVICE, YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENTING TO HAVE BIOMETRIC IDENTIFIERS OF YOUR FACE (AND PHOTOS THAT YOU SELECT) READ BY THE HISTORY TWIN APP. BIOMETRIC IDENTIFIERS ARE USED SOLELY FOR COMPARISON WITH THE HISTORY TWIN IMAGE DATABASE. NO BIOMETRIC IDENTIFIERS ARE COLLECTED, STORED OR TRANSMITTED.
Use of Information
We may use your information to:
• Provide, maintain and improve our services, including to provide additional features;
• Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
• Communicate with you about products, services, offers, rewards, and events offered by the BrodyMoji app, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you; and
• Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity.
You may opt out permanently from notifications at anytime.
We may disclose your Information:
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or unique ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.
